ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Montelukast in the treatment of severe asthma. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in the Department of Respiratory Medicine from January 2016 to August 2017.A total of 168 patients with moderately severe asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with leukotriene receptor antagonist Montelukast and the observation group was treated with both Montelukast and budesonide inhalation suspension. Then we compared the clinical effect, lung function and blood gas index before and after treatment between the two groups. Results Significant improvement was observed in the clinical symptoms and lung function in the two groups of patients after the treatment. Compared to the control group, a better improvement was seen in the observation group (P<0.05) . The results of blood gas analysis were significantly different between the two groups before and after the treatment (P<0.05) . Conclusion In the treatment of moderately severe asthma, Montelukast combined with budesonide inhalation suspension has good clinical effect and can significantly alleviate symptoms, which can be widely used clinically.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia and intervention treatment. Methods May 2014 to March 2017, Taizhou Hospital for treatment of pneumonia in infants, a total of 100 cases of the research object, according to the different treatment methods of the infant patients into the control group and the study group, 50 cases in each group. The study group were treated with ambroxol combined with budesonide inhalation treatment methods, patients in control group were treated with budesonide inhalation treatment methods, two patients were given nursing intervention on in the process of treatment, observation and comparison of two groups of children were observed two different quality methods the therapeutic effect. Results The children of patients with treatment effect was stronger than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The study of the recovery time and hospitalization time were significantly less than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The degree of satisfaction with nursing is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment method of neonatal pneumonia ambroxol combined with budesonide inhalation, and implement the corresponding nursing intervention, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve lung function in patients, improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the patient's symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time, children can not only improve the standard of living of the patients, but also enhance the degree of recognition of the hospital and nursing care of patients thus, play a role in the promotion.

ABSTRACT

Objective To discuss the intervention effect of four oral care model on compliance of atomizing inhalation and mouth and throat complications in outpatient infants and young children patients. Methods A total of 480 cases of children patients using budesonide inhalation for the treatment of respiratory tract infection were divided into the observation group(n=260)and the control group (n=220) according to the time sequence. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group used quaternity oral care model in nursing care. The compliance and occurrence of complications in the mouth and throat were observed between the two groups. Results In the observation group with nebulae inhalation compliance was 79.2% (206/260), evidently higher than that in the control group the compliance of 58.6%(129/220) (χ2=23.97,P0.05). The incidence of thrushes was 3.64%(8/220) in the control group, and none occurred in the observation group, which showed significant difference (χ2=9.62, P<0.01). Conclusions Using quaternity oral care model in corticosteroid nebulae inhalation patientscan increase compliance and decreasecomplications of oral and throat of outpatient children.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effect of budesonide inhalation joint montelukast in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia cough. Methods 176 children with mycoplasma pneumonia cough were chosen.According to the order of admission, they were divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets treatment, the observation group was given budesonide inhalation on the basis of treatment of control group. After treatment, the efficacy, prognosis and compliance were observed. Results Before treatment, the cough scores between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment, the degree of cough in the two groups were significantly improved, the cough score of the observation group from (7.4 ±2.2)points decreased to (1.5 ±0.6)points (t=24.271,P0.05).The relapse rate of the observation group was 7.95%,which was significantly lower than 18.18%of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Budesonide inhalation joint montelukast in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia cough has significant effect,it has less adverse effects, good safety, and children without any discomfort,so it worthy of clinical application.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the clinical effects of budesonide inhalation combined with psychotherapy on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 90 cases diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group received budesonide inhalation, and observation group received psychotherapy on the basis of control group. The serum airway remodeling indexes, sputum inflammatory indicators and blood gas indexes were compared between two groups .Results After two weeks’ treatment, the serum basic fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF), nerve growth factor (NGF) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-1) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05), the sputum interleukin-8 (IL-8), IL-18 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05), PaO2in observation group was higher and PaCO2was lower than those in control group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value between two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Budesonide inhalation combined with psychotherapy has a good effect on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which is better than that of budesonide alone.
